    I've just moved to a small condo,and wanted to compactly organize bank statements, warranty info, condo docs, IRS returns, bank statements, bills, insurance policies, etc. etc. This is perfect! I just roll it out of the closet when I need it, and roll it back out of sight when I've finished my paper work.
