The Series 5000 Insulated filing cabinet will prove to be the safeguard for your vital documents. The file cabinets come in a variety of basic colors to blend in well at any office. But much more importantly, they are constructed using the latest techniques in fire insulation and impact resistance - assuring protection from fires up to 1,700 degrees. With the U. L. impact resistance rating the file drawers will not open from the impact of falling debris or beams thus protecting the vital contents within the filing cabinets. Each drawer is independently insulated from fire, protecting closed drawers if a drawer is left open.
The underwriter's laboratories (U. L.) test the product by heating it up to 1,700 degrees (most fires reach 800 degrees) over the course of an hour, then cooling it over several days. The interior temperature must remain at or below 125 degrees. This product meets or exceeds all tests for heat, impact and water resistance. In the event the filing cabinet falls through a floor or is knocked by support beams, the drawers will not jar open.

Residential- Delivery to a residential address with inside delivery to a ground floor location or
elevator accessible location. Includes up to 3 steps and/or elevator.
Commercial- Delivery to a business address(non residential area) includes inside delivery to a
ground floor location or elevator accessible location. Includes up to 3 steps and/ or elevator.
Dock to Dock- Delivery to a business address with a shipping dock and fork lift available.
