The file cabinet is a nice addition to my office. Simple and clean look to it. The lock works very well for both drawers. Bottom drawer opens smoothly, top one not so much, but is acceptable. Had to do some tweaking to the top drawer runner on one side to get it close properly

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt, but 2 main pieces came in damaged. Called customer service right away and they had the 2 pieces replaced quickly without any problems or hassles.
