One thing that could have helped is on the sliders (on the sides - Part Z39433) if you had shown that there is a black bar that you have to push to release the inner part from the outer part. That was the one part my husband couldn't figure out from the instructions and he had to discover on his own.

The price was the best on the web and the order experience was simple and secure. This lateral file is a perfect addition to my Saratoga executive desk. The box was slightly damaged upon arrival, but all parts were in excellent condition. I found this cabinet sturdy and durable yet easy to assemble. The detailed instructions were easy to follow and all parts fit exactly with no gaps or jamming of parts together to make them fit. Excellent, great quality furniture!

since i was using this in a office off the bedroom...i wanted something stylish to go with another cherry piece i owned...but didn't want to spend alot of money ..it would not be viewed by clients or guests..however i did want a bit of elegance in my private space...this item fit the bill to a teeeee..exactly what i needed...very happy and much better than the metal cabinets!
