About Martin Furniture
Martin Furniture was founded in 1980 by Gil Martin in the San Diego suburb of El Cajon. Martin started the company in his garage with $400, a Craftsman table saw, and the business knowledge he gained from working for defense contractor, General Dynamics. Today, Martin Furniture specializes in American-made and imported office and home entertainment furniture. In 2003, it teamed up with Kathy Ireland's design company Kathy Ireland Home, creating furniture solutions for families. Martin also offers classically hip collections designed by musician Curt Christian, featuring functional, high-quality furniture for today's lifestyle.
Boasting solid growth in sales over the past 25 years, Martin Furniture's success can also be measured by the satisfaction of its customers. Love the piece! It took a little longer to get here than we anticipated... But we were ok with that. Also, they require someone to be home at the time of delivery to sign for it, so we had to through a bit of a process to have them deliver it without a signature.
All in all, though, we love it! Great decision.

The file cabinet arrived on the day appointed, which was even earlier than expected. It was packed in a wood-framed crate that protected it nicely. No assembly except the drawer handles...really no tools required.

We are very happy with the file cabinet. It was the correct color and fit into the style of the other offuice furniture we have. Just as shown.
