All drawers lock, it looks good, but I would only buy for home use, not sure it wold stand up heavy office use.

We love that it locks and it is beautiful. Not as durable as we would like but we love the color and the wood finish.

Service and delivery comments:

When we first ordered our filing cabinet-- it took weeks. The original order got "lost" and they had to "track" the shipment. I had to make multiple phone calls to find out the delivery status. They gave us a discount for our inconvenience. When it finally arrived, the cabinet was shattered in a million pieces. We immediately called the company and they told us to throw the product away. We reordered the cabinet and asked for a new shipping company. They told us they would give us "white glove" service (A $110 value) for free- where the company sets up a time with us to deliver the cabinet, takes it out of the packaging, puts it in the room where we want it to be set up, and takes away the packaging along with a new shipping company. About ten days later, we received a call from the original shipping company (we asked for a different one to be used) and they gave us a "window" of time in which the cabinet was to be delivered. I told them that since we were receiving the white glove service, that window of time needed to be convenient for us because we needed to be home. At that point, the gal on the phone told me she had no idea that it was supposed to be white glove service as there was no written order for that. I then had to call the cabinet company BACK AGAIN to find out why white glove service had not been ordered. The gal told me she didn't know why, because the order was written up for white glove, but not sent out that way. She said she needed to call the shipper company back again to RE set up the white glove service and would get back to me the following day. She DID NOT. THe following Monday we received a call that the cabinet was to be delivered the next day. It was a total of almost 7 weeks from the time we ordered the cabinet to the time it was delivered. The cabinet itself is beautiful, looks great in our office and completely locks which was a feature we really wanted. The cabinet company gave us a discount and provided free white glove service to us for all of our inconveniences, but bottom line. I would recommend going through another cabinet company if you want to avoid all the hassle and don't want to wait weeks for your product to arrive.

For office use, a vertical space saving, attractive, 4 drawer file cabinet with all 4 locking drawers was needed. This file cabinet filled the bill.

Although the file cabinet is very satisfactory, the first cabinet arrived damaged. Customer service expediously and expediently replaced the damaged file cabinet with a new one at no cost to us. As good as the product was, the customer service was even better.

It's a solid piece of furniture and looks nice, too. The drawers are not as deep as I would have liked, but I am still happy with the purchase.
