It looks great, but I have to fix the scratches it came with. The file drawer is too small for letter size files, so I have to trim all of my hanging files and folders to be able to use it.

Service and delivery comments:

I think Hayneedle does a great job and I will certainly order from them in the future. They were very helpful with the problems with the file cabinet and even offered to replace it. After the hours I spent putting it together, I decided to keep it and adjust to the drawer size problems.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Goes together pretty fast and easy; only a couple hours start to finish. The screws are soft, so had to go easy to avoid stripping them. Also, the bottom drawer won't close all the way, not sure why.

With all that, it's lovely, just what I needed, and a good price.
